Angelycia guarantees that all purchased merchandise is delivered in good, new and satisfactory condition. We are proud to offer the best prices and high-quality products to our customers. Before delivery process each product is inspected very detailed to be sure that it is in good condition. We recommend you to control the product very carefully upon you receive.
We offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Buyers have the right to return their orders within 30 days and get a full refund.
Damaged/defective products or incorrect deliveries and missing pieces must be reported via email or calling customer care service within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims will not be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise.
* Angelycia reserves the right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues without prior notice.
* In case of refusing or returning the shipment, buyers are responsable for return shipping cost.
